Cabrillo High School sports physicals offered on May 20
All students who wish to participate in sports at Cabrillo High School must have a sports physical before school begins in September.
Physicals are being offered for Cabrillo High School on Wednesday, May 20 at 6 p.m. at the Valley Medical Group Building, 136 North Third Street in Lompoc. There is a $5 charge payable that evening.
All students who wish to participate in sports at Cabrillo must have a sports physical card on file in the Cabrillo Athletic Office before they will be allowed to participate in any practices or contests.
Forms are available in the school office.
